Position:  Sr. HR Development Officer
Responsibilities:

Hand on in competency development, succession planning, career path and assessment tools

Design, develop, promote and deliver training and development that supports company’s goals and objectives 

Facilitate internal and external training activities

Develop and implement internal communication strategies
Work with line managers to develop and implement retention program

Qualifications:

       Master Degree in HRD or related fields

       At least 3 years of experience in training and development

       Able to manage projects independently when assigned

       Good communication and presentation skills

       Highly organized, proactive and highly self disciplined

       logical and analytical thinking

Computer Knowledge :

 

Microsoft Office as Word, Excel, PowerPoint,  E-mail, Internet ,etc
